What the service does

The service prepares short-form video content and publishes it to social media accounts that the account owner has explicitly connected and authorised. Publication happens only for content the owner has requested.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorised to manage, any account you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for its compliance with the rules of the platform on which it is published.
• You must not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others.
• You must not use the service to publish automated spam or artificially inflate engagement.

Platform rules

Publishing through this service does not exempt you from the terms of the destination platform. Where those terms conflict with these, the platform's terms prevail for content published there.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of uptime, of successful publication, or of any particular result in terms of audience, engagement or revenue. Third-party APIs may change or become unavailable at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including loss of audience, account restrictions imposed by a platform, or loss of revenue.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking the connected accounts. The operator may suspend the service at any time, in particular in case of misuse.

These terms may be updated. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the last change.
